Delivery Policy

1. General information
The Delivery Policy defines the rules for shipping, collecting and delivering orders placed in the Xpand Gaming store.
The store delivers only within the Netherlands (Holland).
We do not ship orders outside of NL.
2. Delivery methods
A. Standard courier shipping (NL only)
Applies to products such as:
- computer components,
- accessories,
- computers without decorations ,
- 3D elements not mounted in the housing.
Shipping within the Netherlands is carried out by:
- PostNL
- DHL
(carrier selected automatically or manually)
B. Delivery by own transport (decorated computers)
Decorated computers (custom / with 3D elements / figurines / decorations) are NOT shipped by courier.
Reason:
- risk of damage to decorations and 3D elements,
- possibility of damage to PC components during transport,
- sensitive structural elements.
Decorated sets may only be donated to:
✔️ as part of personal delivery through the store (in the Netherlands),
or
✔️ by personal pickup of the customer.
C. Personal collection
Personal collection is only possible by prior arrangement.

3. Shipping costs
The cost of delivery depends on:
- type of product,
- selected delivery method,
- distances (in the case of own transport).
The exact price is visible in the shopping cart before finalizing your order.
Personal pickup: free of charge .
4. Delivery time
Mail order products
Order processing time: 1–2 business days .
Foldable and decorated computers
Delivery time: 3–10 business days , depending on personalization.
The delivery date using our own transport is agreed individually.
5. Delivery area
Shipping and delivery are only available within the Netherlands.
We do not ship products abroad.
6. Responsibility for shipment
- The store is responsible for the shipment until it is handed over to the carrier.
- Once the parcel is shipped, responsibility passes to the carrier.
- In the event of damage to the shipment, the customer should report it immediately (within 48 hours) together with photographic documentation.
7. Delivery of decorated computers
- Decorated computers are delivered only in person,
- are not sent by courier,
- the store ensures safe transport in the appropriate position,
- Upon delivery, assistance with basic equipment setup is available.
