2. Application of the regulations
- These regulations define the rules for using the Xpand Gaming online store, placing orders, delivery of goods, payments, returns, complaints and liability of the parties.
- The Regulations apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs within the European Union.
- By using the store, the customer confirms acceptance of the regulations.
3. Shop offer
- The store offers desktop computers, custom-built kits, computer components, accessories, and decorated computers (with 3D elements, lighting, figurines, etc.).
- All prices quoted on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and include the current tax rate.
- All products are new unless the product description clearly states otherwise.
- Product photos are for illustrative purposes only – actual appearance may differ slightly from that shown.
- For pre-built computers, specifications may be updated with equivalent components if performance is not adversely affected.
4. Placing orders
- Orders can be placed via the store's website.
- The customer finalizes the order through the checkout process and payment.
- The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the store.
- The customer is obliged to provide true and complete data when placing an order.
- The store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of suspected abuse or unsuccessful payment.
5. Payment methods
The store supports the following payment methods:

- Payment card (Visa/Mastercard)
- Klarna Pay Later / Klarna Pay in 3
- in3 – payment in 3 installments
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (if active)
Payment must be made in full before the goods are dispatched or delivered, unless the payment method states otherwise (e.g. Klarna).
6. Delivery
- Delivery of standard products (e.g. components, accessories, computers without decorations) is carried out via courier companies throughout the EU.
- The shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart before finalizing the order.
- Standard order processing time is 1-5 business days , unless the product description states otherwise.
- Computers with decorations (custom/decorated sets) , due to sensitive components and high risk of damage, cannot be sent by courier .
- Decorated computers may only be transferred to the customer by:
- personal delivery by the store (own transport) , or
- personal collection by the customer .
6.The customer will be informed about available pickup or transport dates.
7.The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the fault of the carrier or external factors.
7. Warranty
- All new computer components are covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 12 to 36 months , depending on the component.
- Custom-built computers have a warranty for the entire set of at least 12 months .
- Decorative elements (e.g. lighting, 3D figures, additional frames) are covered by the store or manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
- The warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by the customer's fault,
- mechanical damage, flooding or overvoltage,
- modifications made by third parties,
- incorrect assembly of additional elements.
5.The warranty expires if the customer makes any modifications that affect the operation of the equipment.
8. Right of withdrawal (returns)
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned complete, undamaged and in its original condition.
- Personalised products (including computers with decorations, custom sets) can only be returned for standard items , as they are made individually.
- If the computer was delivered to the customer in person by the store or collected in person by the customer, the return must also be made in person.
- It is not allowed to send the computer by courier if:
- was delivered by the store's own transport, or
- was collected by the customer in person.
This is due to the high risk of damage to decorative elements and internal components.
6.The customer is obliged to deliver the computer to the collection point indicated by the store on his own .
7. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the product and verifying its condition.
8.The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless the parties agree otherwise.
9. Complaints
- Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the store's address.
- In your report, please provide your order number and a description of the problem.
- The store will respond to the complaint within 14 days .
- If the fault is confirmed, the product will be repaired, replaced or (if repair is not possible) a refund will be issued.
- Complaints resulting from improper use will not be accepted.
10. Responsibility
- The store is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.
- The customer is responsible for proper data protection and operating system configuration.
- The store is not responsible for any data loss on the customer's part.
11. Personal data
- The administrator of personal data is Xpand Gaming.
- Data is processed in accordance with GDPR/AVG and used solely for order fulfillment and customer service.

12. Final provisions
- The store reserves the right to update the regulations.
- Dutch law applies to contracts concluded via the store.
- Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the regulations.
