Returns Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the return by e-mail to the following address:

2. Product return conditions
- The product must be returned in the following condition:
- complete,
- intact,
- clean,
- in original visual and technical condition,
- no signs of use beyond checking operation.
2. The product must be returned with all equipment, cables and accessories.
3. The store has the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of damage or wear.
3. Personalized products and decorated computers
- Custom-made, personalized or decorated products (e.g. figurines, 3D accessories, decorative elements, custom lighting) are not eligible for full refunds because they are individually created.
- In the event of a withdrawal, the store can only refund the value of standard components , excluding decoration and personalization costs.
- Personalised items are not returnable.
4. Returns of computers delivered in person or collected in person
If the computer was delivered to the customer using the store's own transport or collected by the customer in person, the return must also be made in person.
❌ You must not send computers by courier if:
- the equipment was delivered by the store,
- was collected by the customer in person,
- applies to decorated sets.
The reason is the high risk of damage to delicate PC components and 3D decorations.
✔️ The refund is made through:
- the customer delivers the computer on his own to the designated store collection point.
The store does not organize the collection of computer returns.
5. Return of standard products sent by courier
Products such as:
- accessories,
- computer components,
- computers without decorations
can be returned by courier only in the original packaging and securely secured .
The customer is responsible for properly securing the shipment.
6. Return costs
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
- The store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
- If the return was due to a store error, shipping costs will be refunded.
7. Refund
- The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and verification of their condition by the store.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
- If the product is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of intensive use, the store has the right to reduce the value of the refund in accordance with EU regulations.
8. Exclusions from the right of return
Under EU/NL law, the following are not refundable:
- personalized or made-to-order products,
- decorative elements (e.g. figurines, 3D decorations),
- additional services performed at the customer's request (e.g. software installation),
- equipment with clear signs of use beyond functional testing.
