🔧 1. How long does it take to prepare a computer?

Delivery time depends on the model:

  • Computers ready for pickup: 1–2 days
  • Assembled / custom computers: 3–7 days
  • Decorated computers: 5–10 days

You will receive the exact date after placing your order.


🚚 2. Do you ship computers by courier?

❌ No. Decorated computers are never shipped by courier.

Due to the risk of damage to:

  • 3D decoration elements,
  • lighting,
  • internal details of the set,

decorated computers are either picked up in person, or delivered by us within the Netherlands.

Standard computers (without decoration) can be shipped by courier.


🚗 3. Where do you deliver computers?

Shipping and delivery is available only within the Netherlands.


🏠 4. Can I pick up a computer in person?

Yes! Personal pickup is possible by appointment:

🛠️ 5. Do you offer warranty on the sets?

Yes.

  • Components: 12–36 months (manufacturer's warranty)
  • Assembled computers: minimum 12 months
  • Decorative elements: store or manufacturer's warranty
  • Lighting and accessories: according to product description

💸 6. Which payment methods are available?

We accept (if active):

  • iDEAL
  • Klarna Pay Later
  • Klarna Pay in 3
  • in3 (payment in 3 installments, interest-free)
  • Debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal

♻️ 7. Can I return a computer?

Yes, but with exceptions:

Decorated computers (custom)

You can only return standard components — decorations cannot be returned as they are custom made.

Returns must be in person

If the computer was:

  • delivered by us
  • picked up in person
  • then you may not return it by courier.

🧾 8. Can I return accessories or components?

Yes, within 14 days, if they are in:

  • undamaged condition,
  • unused condition,
  • complete condition,
  • original packaging.

🧰 9. Can I request installation of additional elements?

Yes! We offer:

  • lighting installation,
  • installation of 3D elements,
  • additional decorations,
  • upgrading of sets.

Ask us — we will provide you with an individual quote.


⚙️ 10. Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes — we offer:

  • installation support,
  • system optimization,
  • RGB configuration,
  • technical advice,
  • remote troubleshooting.

Support is free under warranty.


🌈 11. Can I order decoration based on my own design?

Yes — we create custom PCs:

  • anime,
  • gaming,
  • 3D print,
  • figures,
  • limited sets.

Send inspiration — we will prepare a design.


📦 12. How much does shipping cost?

  • Personal pickup: free
  • Delivery with own transport: depends on distance
  • Shipping of components: according to courier rates

The cost will automatically appear in your shopping cart.
