Delivery time depends on the model:
- Computers ready for pickup: 1โ2 days
- Assembled/custom computers: 3โ7 days
- Decorated computers: 5โ10 days
You will receive the exact date after placing your order.
๐ 2. Do you ship computers by courier?
โ No. Decorated computers are never shipped by courier.
Due to the risk of damage:
- 3D decoration elements,
- lighting,
- internal details of the set,
Decorated computers are either picked up in person or delivered by us within the Netherlands .
Standard computers (without decorations) can be shipped by courier.

Shipping and delivery is only available within the Netherlands .
๐ 4. Can I pick up the computer in person?
Yes! Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement:

๐ ๏ธ 5. Is there a warranty on the sets?
Yes.
- Components: 12โ36 months (manufacturer's warranty)
- Assembled computers: minimum 12 months
- Decorative elements: store or manufacturer warranty
- Lighting and accessories: as per product description

Yes, but with exceptions:
Decorated computers (custom)
Only standard components can be returned - decorations cannot be returned because they are individually made.
The return must be made in person
If your computer:
- was provided by us
- was picked up in person
- then you cannot send it back by courier .
๐งพ 8. Can I return accessories or components?
Yes, within 14 days if they are in:
- intact,
- unused,
- complete,
- original packaging.
๐งฐ 9. Can I ask for additional components to be installed?
Yes! We offer:
- lighting installation,
- assembly of 3D elements,
- additional decorations,
- modernization of sets.
Ask us - we will quote individually.
โ๏ธ 10. Do you offer post-purchase support?
Yes - we guarantee:
- installation assistance,
- system optimization,
- RGB configuration,
- technical advice,
- remote troubleshooting.
Support is free under warranty.
๐ 11. Can I order a decoration based on my own design?
Yes - we create custom PC:
- anime,
- gaming,
- 3D printing,
- figurines,
- limited sets.
Send us your inspiration and we will prepare a design.
๐ฆ 12. How much does shipping cost?
- Personal pickup: free
- Delivery by own transport: depending on distance
- Shipping of components: according to the courier's price list
The cost appears in the cart automatically.
