2. Applicability of Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions govern the rules for using the Xpand Gaming online store, placing orders, delivery of goods, payment, returns, complaints, and liability of parties.
  2. The terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses within the European Union.
  3. By using the store, the customer confirms that they accept these terms and conditions.

3. Store Offerings

  1. The store offers desktop computers, custom-built sets, computer components, accessories, and decorated computers (with 3D elements, lighting, figures, etc.).
  2. All prices on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and include the current tax rate.
  3. All products are new, unless the product description explicitly states otherwise.
  4. Product photos are indicative – the actual appearance may vary slightly from what is shown.
  5. For custom computers, specifications may be updated with equivalent components, provided this does not negatively impact performance.

4. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed through the store's website.
  2. The customer completes the order via the checkout process and makes payment.
  3. The agreement is concluded when the store confirms the order.
  4. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
  5. The store reserves the right to cancel an order in case of suspected misuse or failed payment.

5. Payment Methods

The store supports the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Debit card (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Klarna Pay Later / Klarna Pay in 3
  • in3 – payment in 3 instalments
  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal (if active)

Payment must be made in full before shipment or delivery of the goods, unless the payment method specifies otherwise (e.g., Klarna).


6. Delivery

  1. Delivery of standard products (e.g., components, accessories, undecorated computers) takes place via couriers throughout the EU.
  2. Shipping costs are visible in the shopping cart before completing the order.
  3. The standard processing time for orders is 1–5 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.
  4. Computers with decorations (custom / decorated sets), due to sensitive elements and a high risk of damage, cannot be shipped by courier.
  5. Decorated computers can only be handed over to the customer via:
  • personal delivery by the store (own transport), or
  • personal collection by the customer.

6. The customer will be informed about available collection or transport times.
7. The store is not liable for delays caused by the fault of the carrier or external factors.


7. Warranty

  1. All new computer components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 12 to 36 months, depending on the component.
  2. Custom computers (sets) have a warranty on the complete set of at least 12 months.
  3. Decorative elements (e.g., lighting, 3D figures, additional frames) are covered by the store's or manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
  4. The warranty does not cover:
  • damage caused by the customer's fault,
  • mechanical damage, water damage, or overvoltage,
  • modifications made by third parties,
  • improper installation of additional elements.

5. The warranty is void if the customer makes modifications that affect the operation of the equipment.


8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  3. Personalised products (including computers with decorations, custom-built sets) can only be returned insofar as they concern standard elements, as these are individually created.
  4. If the computer was delivered personally by the store or collected personally by the customer, the return must also take place in person.
  5. It is not permitted to return the computer by courier, if:
  • it was delivered via the store's own transport, or
  • it was collected personally by the customer.
    This is due to the high risk of damage to decorative elements and internal components.

6. The customer is obliged to bring the computer to the collection point indicated by the store at their own expense.

7. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product and verifying its condition.

8. The return costs are paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.


9. Complaints

  1. Complaints must be submitted by email to the store's address.
  2. The notification must include the order number and a description of the problem.
  3. The store will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
  4. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired, replaced, or (if repair is not possible) the amount will be refunded.
  5. Complaints arising from improper use will not be positively processed.

10. Liability

  1. The store is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.
  2. The customer is responsible for the proper security of data and configuration of the operating system.
  3. The store is not liable for data loss on the customer's part.

11. Personal Data

  1. The data controller for personal data is Xpand Gaming.
  2. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR/AVG and used solely for the fulfilment of orders and customer service.
  3. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

12. Final Provisions

  1. The store reserves the right to update the terms and conditions.
  2. Agreements concluded through the store are governed by Dutch law.
  3. Placing an order signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
