Shipping Policy

1. General Information
The shipping policy defines the rules for performing shipments, collections, and deliveries of orders at the Xpand Gaming store.
The store only delivers within the territory of the Netherlands.
We do not ship orders outside NL.
2. Shipping Methods
A. Standard Courier Shipping (NL only)
This applies to products such as:
- computer components,
- accessories,
- computers without decoration,
- 3D elements not mounted in the case.
Shipping takes place within the territory of the Netherlands via:
- PostNL
- DHL
(carrier selected automatically or manually)
B. Delivery with own transport (decorated computers)
Decorated computers (custom / with 3D elements / figures / decorations) are NOT shipped by courier.
Reason:
- risk of damage to decoration and 3D elements,
- possibility of damage to PC components during transport,
- sensitive structural elements.
Decorated sets can only be transferred:
✔️ via personal delivery by the store (within Dutch territory),
or
✔️ via personal collection by the customer.
C. Personal Collection
Personal collection is only possible by prior arrangement.

3. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs depend on:
- the type of product,
- the chosen shipping method,
- the distance (in case of own transport).
The exact price is visible in the shopping cart before completing your order.
Personal collection: free.
4. Delivery Time
Shipped products
Order processing time: 1–2 business days.
Assembled and decorated computers
Processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on personalization.
The delivery time with own transport will be agreed upon individually.
5. Delivery Area
Shipping and delivery are only available within the territory of the Netherlands.
We do not ship products abroad.
6. Liability for Shipment
- The store is liable for the shipment until the moment of transfer to the carrier.
- After the package is shipped, liability transfers to the carrier.
- In case of damage to the shipment, the customer must report it immediately (within 48 hours) with photographic documentation.
7. Delivery of Decorated Computers
- decorated computers are only delivered personally,
- they are not shipped by courier,
- the store ensures safe transport in the correct position,
- upon delivery, assistance with basic equipment installation is possible.
