Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without stating reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must indicate the wish to return via email to:

2. Conditions for returning products
- The product must be returned in the following condition:
- complete,
- undamaged,
- clean,
- in original visual and technical condition,
- without signs of use beyond checking its functionality.
2. The product must be returned with complete equipment, cables, and accessories.
3. The store has the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of damage or wear.
3. Personalized products and decorated computers
- Products that are custom-made, personalized, or with decorations (e.g., figures, 3D parts, decorative elements, non-standard lighting) are not fully returnable, as these are individually made.
- In case of withdrawal, the store can only refund the value of standard parts, excluding costs for decoration and personalization.
- Personalized elements will not be returned.
4. Return of computers personally delivered or picked up
If a computer has been delivered by the store or picked up by the customer in person, the return must also take place in person.
❌ It is not permitted to send computers by courier, if:
- the equipment was delivered by the store,
- picked up by the customer in person,
- it concerns decorated sets.
The reason is the high risk of damage to delicate PC components and 3D decorations.
✔️ Return takes place via:
- delivery of the computer by the customer at their own expense to the designated collection point of the store.
The store does not organize return pickups for computers.
5. Return of standard products shipped by courier
Products such as:
- accessories,
- computer parts,
- computers without decoration
can be returned by courier only in original packaging and secure protection.
The customer is responsible for the proper protection of the package.
6. Return costs
- The costs for returning the product are at the expense of the customer.
- The store does not accept shipments cash on delivery.
- If the return is due to a store error, transportation costs will be reimbursed.
7. Refund
- The refund will be made within 14 days after receiving the returned item and verifying its condition by the store.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- If the product is damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of intensive use, the store has the right to reduce the refund value in accordance with EU regulations.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU/NL law, the following are not returnable:
- personalized or custom-made products,
- decorative elements (e.g., figures, 3D decorations),
- additional services performed at the customer's request (e.g., software installation),
- equipment with clear signs of use beyond checking its function.
